Scope of services
Relax Beauty and Spa is a licensed wellness establishment offering professional therapeutic massage, Ayurvedic body therapies and salon beauty services performed by trained therapists. Our services are non-sexual. We do not offer, advertise or permit any adult, escort or sexual service of any kind, and any such request will end the session immediately without refund. Guests must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Appointments and pricing
Sessions run by appointment during our opening hours (Every day, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Walk-ins are served subject to therapist availability. Current prices are shared on request by phone or WhatsApp on +91 77805 84560, and are payable at the spa after your session. Prices, therapy durations and availability may change without notice.
Cancellations and lateness
Please give us at least two hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. Arriving late may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed.
Health and safety
Tell your therapist about injuries, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medical treatment before the session begins. Our therapies support relaxation and muscular comfort; they are not a medical treatment, diagnosis or substitute for professional healthcare. We may decline a service where it would not be safe.
Conduct
We ask every guest to treat our therapists with respect. Inappropriate behaviour, intoxication or harassment will end the appointment and may be reported to the authorities.
